These midi 4-yard skips are also available to hire for up to two weeks at a time, however, they hold up to eight wheelie bins worth of rubbish.
8-yard maxi skip
8-yard skips are the largest of the domestic skips available to hire. These hold up to 16 wheelie bins worth of rubbish and, as they’re great for larger projects, are available to hire for up to three weeks.
Usually, a smaller 2-yard skip would be the perfect size for a clear-out, but you may have acquired more waste over Christmas, therefore a 4-yard skip may be more beneficial.
It’s unlikely you will need an 8-yard skip as these are usually used for larger projects such as kitchen renovations.
